Lungworm are primarily found in donkeys. Horses are typically only infected if grazed alongside donkeys, and infections in horses rarely result
in the development of egg producing adults.

Size/Appearance: Lungworms are slender thread-like worms and up to 8cm in length.

Location in Horse: Lungs of donkeys and horses.

Symptoms: Symptoms include a persistent cough and increased respiratory rate. May cause secondary pneumonia.
